Jeffrey B. Berg

Mr. Berg joined the firm in 1989 and has been active in the property management industry since 1979. After serving as the Site Manager of a large Homeowner Association, he was promoted to work with the physical projects, including environmental issues, writing specifications and overseeing contractual needs of properties managed in our portfolio.
Mr. Berg has successfully completed overseeing a half-million dollar; roof, siding and deck replacement project this past year in Arden Hills. He was involved with specifications, bid process, contractor selection and quality control.
Prior to joining our company, Mr. Berg managed a variety of multi-family properties in Wisconsin and Minnesota with an emphasis on rehab, capital improvements and other cost effective methods of structural and aesthetic improvements.
Mr. Berg is a member of Minnesota Multi-Housing Association and the Minnesota Chapter of the Community Associations Institute. He currently serves on CAI's Web Site Design Committee.
Carol A. Williams, CAM

Ms. Williams joined the company in December of 1981 as Leasing and Administrative Assistant for a large community in Roseville, Minnesota. In 1986, Ms. Williams was promoted to Assistant Manager/Leasing Director for this property, and in 1988 was promoted to Legal Administrator in the firm's Corporate Office.
Ms. Williams is responsible for initiating all legal proceedings for our management portfolio in the Twin Cities and outstate locations.
Prior to joining the company, Ms. Williams was a Loan Counselor for Lomas & Nettleton Mortgage Company in Chicago, Illinois, and manager of a multi-family apartment community. Ms. Williams has demonstrated special skills and experience in tenant relations and retention, as well as the proper application of collections and legal proceeding within the Property Management Industry.
Ms. Williams is a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), a designation awarded by the National Apartment Association. She is a member of the National Apartment Association and Minnesota Multi Housing Association where she has served as Social Events Director, and now holds a position on the membership and education committees. She instructs legal administrator courses for Minnesota Multi Housing and Minnesota Manufactured Housing Association.
She is also a member of Minnesota Manufactured Housing Association, chairing the Education Committee. Ms. Williams continues her education through classes provided by the Minnesota Institute of Legal Education and William Mitchell Law School.
William F. Gores

Mr. Gores has served communities in Minnesota and Wisconsin since 1987. As a Commercial/Residential Contractor and Property Manager, Mr. Gores has earned the respect of his peers by providing insight and training to enhance various industries and the promotion of good will.
Mr. Gores' current clients with Durand & Associates can expect dedication and commitment to established goals. The task completion will be accomplished with persistence and determination. The nature from which all work will be done is with absolute respect.

Amy Schulte, CRM
ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER

Schulte joined Durand and Associates in 2008 as an Assistant Property Manager with a strong background in residential and commercial property management. Prior to joining the company she worked as Executive Director for a local real estate and design firm. Additionally, she has previous experience working for a Twin Cities management company as a Regional Property Manager overseeing a portfolio of over 1000 units of mixed use property.
Ms. Schulte is a Certified Residential Manager (CRM); a designation awarded by the Minnesota Multi Housing Association and is a former Chair of the Certified Resident Manager Committee. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors.
