The firm was directly involved in two successful condominium conversions of 350 units with gross sales in excess of $20,000,000. The firm's role in the condominium conversions included rental management, transition and association management, supervision of construction and renovation work, and supervision of the marketing efforts.

Ms. Durand was one of the General Partners that owned and managed seven manufactured home communities with approximately 2,880 home sites, sold in 1996.

She was also a General Partner in several Twin City apartment properties, the last of which was sold in 2001.
